we received feedbacks regarding flick delay issues
those issue occurs when flickbot tried to shot and shot is not made
for example, player got stunned + flick tried to shot during that event
to resolve these issues, we added more advanced flick cooldown check system.

- Flicks will work with Kiriko Ultimate
- Flicks will not delay for most of situations
- Flicks can be used with human shots. E.g) Lclick + Flick + Lclick + Flick will work flawlessly.
- Following heroes will receive flick update

-Cassidy, Hanzo, Hog, Doomfist, Ana, Pharah, Junkrat, Torb, Lucio, Sigma, Zen, Echo, JunkerQueen.
