Are you talking about the software or hardware? LurkerStudio and LurkerDMA are different.

I know you recommend our software but I recommend you give the hardware we sell a try instead (if yours doesn't work) some people come from them to us. Only one user has had an issue with the Lurker hardware (that was purchased from us) and they are replaced at no cost. Not sure what LurkerStudio does though.


EDIT: More info

EDIT: It seems LurkerStudio is the same as LurkerDMA not sure why you are having issues.
