I lost the picture but it was a temp spoofer that everyone had.
You had to press k + i and then restart your PC. It would boot into this screen:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Then into Windows with new serials. It was on github I remember seeing the source but I forgot the name etc.
Turns out its GameWear spoofer. Although I seen like 4 other people selling it different names.
