It's legit. Although I agree that without providing much context that does seem like it could be mistaken for a phishing link. I would have provided more info.

A31 was launched just yesterday and is running A31 server files with pretty much everything working perfectly. It's open beta so we're still making some tweaks but we will not be wiping characters/items after open beta.
