Just as the title says; I am looking for a Dev who has knowledge related to EU4 or general understanding of 4X/Large scale strategy game multiplayer software development. I emphasize Multiplayer because finding methods against desyncs can be a bit troublesome and I need software that doesn't cause said Desyncs whilst in Multiplayer.
It should be noted that EU4 has no anti-cheat and is fairly easy to manipulate via cheat engine (making a gold hack that doesn't desync was trivial) so this shouldn't be too much of a hassle I hope. As a dev myself I wanted to outsource this project as opposed to doing it myself.
Regarding exactly what I am looking for:
- The ability to trigger In-Game events while in Multiplayer without causing a desync (this was previously offered by one of the few EU4 cheat providers, but they no longer update their product)
- The ability to enable the command console whilst in a multiplayer game and use basic commands freely without desync.
