I am completely new to cheating. I just purchased kgb and wrath. I would like to use on my main account for 1 day. What should I do to avoid being banned? Also, how likely is it for me to get banned?

1 day of KGB Most Likely Won't get you banned if you don't go hard other then that Load KGB First then spoof with Wrath then you are off to the races

you wont get banned if you only cheat one day, do what you desire, go wild. altough there are many bans right now

Just play legit as u can and make sure not to mess up any cheat injections while your playing. You should be fine and make sure you spoof
