I believe that's BattleLog as I've used the same cheat with that exact same GUI. Terrible cheat, always detected, do not buy. (But multiple cheat websites could sell the same thing so be weary).

Its a widley sold apex cheat that battlelog sales and tons of other resellers. I wouldnt suggest it based on the userbase but if you are looking for something good visit my website or add me on discord.
