Cracked accounts are stolen accounts and its not allowed to ask for them on elitepvpers. Furthermore its not any safer to play with them

Well using cracked accounts is a crime in most countries. If you're going to be held liable depends on if the rightful owner raises charges. Even though I think, that's never gonna happen I wouldn't use foreign accounts.
