3D Map Models

I was wondering if there is some way to obtain the models of the maps 3d. If so, how?

Onex explorer

You can export the terrain surface and objects, then you have to put them yourself in a 3D modeling program such as Autodesk 3Ds Max or Blender.
You can also make scripts with these two programs to automate assembling the map
