Will I be safe playing MW2?

I was previously banned on MW19, I Bought MW2 via STEAM and I plan to use my (newish) aged account with verified number with a spoofer. My question is will I be safe from SB's/Perms?

That’s really up to your spoofer to remain undetected/not outdated. (As far as perm bans)

You can still get shadowed via reports or some cheats.

Indeed!

Lifetime is available at the moment, 30 and 90 day subs will be available at cheat launch.

Approx 1hr after game launch in 10hrs.
