Infinite Spoofer Issues

So every time I use infinite and other spoofers with new accounts I am being placed in hacker lobbies after a few games.
I have noticed after a few games I am forced to phone verify and if I do I still get placed into hackers lobbies. Am I shadow banned?

Try to not exceed 9 kills per match and check if you still get SB.
