Is Night Vision/Thermals Detectable?

First post :) I figured they're just client side so even a manual review wont be able to detect nigh vision or thermals? Thanks in advance!

manual review doesnt see gameplay its only stats

Tarkov doesn't do manual review of gameplay as far as I know. The best way to avoid a ban would be the try to avoid getting reported and make your stats seem legit; however stat bans are a highly debated topic because many people have had very high KDs and been perfectly fine.
