I'm between mobius and PO currently as they both seem very secure, have good reviews, and are cheaper than their competitors. I'm not a very good player so i do like playing with some pretty strong settings without getting my account banned. I used engine owning for about 7 months on vanguard but i want to last for the entire lifecycle of MW2 and im skeptical with EO's detection history. Which should i go with?

PhantomOverlay and Mobius are definitely your best choices for security.
My recommendation to you, try both. They both have very accommodating refund policies, so say you try PhantomOverlay for a month, then try Mobius and decide within 24 hours that you prefer PhantomOverlay, you can request a refund and they'll refund you.
Personally, I use Phantom on my main as it is what I've been using the longest (over a year) and have never received a shadow nor permanent ban.
Ultimately, the difference between PO and Mobius is going to be user preference as they perform so similarity and they both have superior security compared to other options.
