Adding Full Blue Char VIA SQL?

I googled this yesterday had the entire code, just altered the (+) and added char name executed and my character had full BLUE d11 gear in inventory.. But i have since lost the code.

It was simple to do i just need to copy and paste code.

does anyone know the code for FULL blues on all equipped gear just for the current character

How ever it seems as though its missing some blue stats?

blocking ratio on weapon?

That link gives some blues but not all available
