Looking for a WEAKAURA type thing

So basicly, im Looking for something that works like weakauras in WoW.
Tracking my Buffs mostly. Is there a way to see my Boons and Project them in a big overlay next to my Charakter for example??

Id like to know your thoughts on this and if its hard to make.

There's already one addon for that called Gw2Clarity.
