Eventhough this is the wrong section, it would work, but it's not recommended at all, I mean it's a total no no, it wasn't designed for being a server and it even fails at what it was designed for, from incompability issues, to memory usage, it fails.

Regardless all of micro$ofts failures that vista is the absolute definition of...
It's possible to run a TQ binary on vista.

All I did to make it run was run the servers as "Administrator"
I tested it myself just now.

You may want to turn off all visual effects as well as disable just about all the vista features.
