Remove Dead Monster Bodies

Hi! hope someone would be able to answer my curiosity ^_^

I was wondering if there was a way or someone knows how to remove the dead bodies of killed monsters or just make 'em disappear quickly.

Just a thought came to mind for the convenience of looting quest items, because it's hard to notice the item drops right away because the bodies are covering 'em.

I already removed the trees in map because it also covers the items, only the itemName that shows.

Removing their dying and dead animation might work, never tried but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

I have thought of that too. but i won't risk to touch any files from the client unless someone so sure and tried it and it works with no errors.

Also looking for this?? is anyone able to work this out??

Just send the MsgAction subtype 135 with the monster ID right after killing it... it will be ugly because it will just disappear, but we

im really interested to know how its done step by step manipulating the files :hell:

You searching is just as good as me trying to search for the same thing.

You were talking about overriding the ItemsIcon drop into a dead monster right? bEcause when monster death his death effect will cover the items. I'm also looking at this, but it seems like this will need modify the conquer exe using reverse engineering. But all members here that are good on reverse engineering are no longer active in this forum.
