Grand chase error 0x3

i recently reinstall grand chase on my vista comp i ran it as adim and i got a error 0x3 i'm like wdf i re-start my comp and it still there i downloaded and reinstalled it couple of times so i was wondering if anyone have this problem can help me i'm stuck T-T

mind if you Can you post a screen shot so we know what error we will do whatever help we can thanks

Well, Try To Do these instructions...

1. Right click your Grand Chase launcher shortcut, then click Properties
2. Go to the compatibility tab and Tick the checkbox there which says "Run this program in compatibility mode for :"
3. select windows XP (latest service pack)
4. then click apply.. [don't do anything in the settings... it might affect the graphics.]

mind checking your antivirus and firewall if your GC client and main.exe is included in the trusted items maybe it is blocking your client from connecting the net

if still doesn't work i think the problem is your InternetConnection ISP or NAGC it self is the problem

im from the philippines and im using RegionBlocker i can connect in NAGC actually im OL there

yea i did all those stuff and how do i find my internet connection isp? and + my fire wall is off my best conculsion NAGC not working right now btw the patch thing doesent fit and my log file in my gc folder has 0 kb?

Internet Connection (ISP mean "Internet Service Provider") hmmm maybe NAGC has random problem but i can connect to NAGC

I'm also having the same problems but I'm playing on GCPH.
