i need help whit a server

Hello everyone:
I have been given a dell sc420 server.
her CARACTERISTICS :
4gb ddr2 800mhz
Intel ht 2800 mhz one core processor.
And my question...
I can with this server play shaiya with my friends?
What operating system do I have to install so that shaiya can be played?
This game in ep4.5 only requires win xp, and low resources.
can i play a bigger episode?

if you only play with your friend, the requirement for the host is super low, it doesnt nd too much high perfromance.
