Where could I get server files? Should I download any and work on them or rather buy from someone?

The main thing is that you may have to look for if there any exploits in stored procedures in sql as well as you are going to make a public server for players.

also look inside server files if with bugs, and fix it.

Nice DB, but i get errors when attach some DB's Billing and OMG_game.
