I suggest to use a middleman with him(and the middleman to hold the money), don't show him any proof of code from portfolio because he may re-use them with other scope.He registered today + his discordID is new.He avoided to proof that he has budget with a video(He can cover the name, address, etc with a mini-browser and using page refresh).

it's very hard for me to trust someone, showing only pics and when I asked him, is this is Qt? he didn't understand what Qt is, nor he did understand what mini filter is.
