You should rethink your budget. No developer will give you that price for a cheat unless it's a scam. The driver alone for BattleEye is around 400-500$ if codded properly.

Firstly, I would suggest becoming a reseller. Invest 100$ into whatever cheat you think will last long and has good standing with developers. Usually chinese/russian cheats are terrible quality. I would search for cheats that have a lot of customers and use that to build a good reputation. At the start your revenue won't be a lot. You build up good reputation and get to make some friends in the industry. After that, you pick and choose which cheats you want to sell. That's when profit becomes a thing. You get 1000-2000$ and that's when you invest in your own cheat. The only way you can speed up this process is by working a partime/fulltime job and investing that money in cheats. If you don't want to invest money, then you are probably scared and don't like the risk. Then I am sorry this isn't for you big bro.
