Trusted Status for mule account

What are the exact requirements for a new account to get trusted status?

here is what ive done so far:

-spent 5€ on steam
-activated phone authenticator
-waited for 2 weeks

Account still not trusted. What am i missing?

getting trusted stage on steam can take up to 31 days.

My friend didn't had that and wanted to send me some, he bought CA for 30D (10€) and after 5 days he got trusted stage

Did you get your trusted status yet? I made new account set up phone authenticator and bought $25 worth of blue crystals. It's been 3 days and no trust status still.
