I could put together one simple website and put it here for anyone to download,
but yet who will use it, almost noone, maybe those who dont want to pay for web development,
or who dont know how to create website.

Everyone builds they're websites or pay someone for web development.


You dont necessarily need to build from 0, you can use already built CMS (Content management system) there are free CMS and payd CMS, you choose any you like... and modify it for your needs and connect it to ts2 database
whitch wont be easy for everyone, but it can be done, rest is just style works you need to do,
or use basic look, style never matter, what matters is how it works and if it works.

Right now I just dont have time for it.
