Do you edit all the .Inis on server side?
You need to setup the public IP to 127.0.0.1 (C:\ShaiyaServer\PSM_Client\Bin\Config)

I did not do public server for a very very long time, but as i remeber public IP in config files connot be 127.0.0.1 it must be server IP with his case it be 10.0.2.15.
