Warozone question is ban or shadow?

i bought a new blizzard account, never played, after 3 days blizzard bans the profile for no reason (never played even 1 second) on blizzard desktop client.

I delete this account and buy another new never played account, but does not find me matches >200ms

Now my hardware is shadow-banned or banned ??

If is shadow after seven days is automatically removed?

Probably shadow banned. Just wait a week or two and try again, if you're still shadow banned (>200 ms matches). You're screwed and might need new hardware.

But I have been shadow banned a lot and it always goes away.
