4302 patch memory leak on hex edited exe

I just installed Patch 4302 and i get memory leak after i hex edited the Conquer.exe.. and ini mod doesnt seem to work for me.. any one any ideas?

meaning the English -> Chinese Hex edit ;)

Did you get this fixed?
I'm not sure if it just my computer or what,but as of yesterday I can't run even one conquer.
I'm used to running about 9-10 clients,and they took about 12-18k a piece of memory,now running just one its running about 40-70k and I dc every 5 mins.
I scanned my computer for viruses and spyware like 4 times now.
I don't know whats wrong =(
