A marker would be nice to see which post is new, like how Invision does it
I hope its possilbe to implement something similar with vbulletin :handsdown:

Thats not even close to what the T/O is asking for / suggesting.

I do like the idea, but i dont think there's enough traffic in most topics to justify it, realistically. would be nice QoL, though.
