On the Escape From Tarkov website, not the website you bought the key from. Either log in or create an account and then click profile there will be text that says enter promo code on the right. try that and please do update us as I'm not sure if this is the correct way.

On the site he linked i dont see eft accounts, maybe he means a cheat of some sort?
