Just wondering, my FPS seems locked at 40 and won't go any higher while playing. Is this a bug, or is there a patch some where that I can download to fix this?

Yup, it's locked to 40fps. You can increase it by making edits to Conquer.exe: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
There may be a patched exe somewhere... but I didn't find anything in a quick search.
