Scepters in CO

1 RB guy has told me Scepters are the most powerful weapon skill in CO, but i see no 1 i mean no 1 using them. The skill takes forever to lvl, maybe that's why it is powerful. It can add more dmg like PhX and also poison the enemy. Im doing research on it now but more info will help me.

It only add damages, 240% when it's fixed but utilisation is only 10% lvl 0 (33% for pheonix) , so it's very very long to lvl up. And 15% fixed / 78% for fixed phoenix... Good luck to lvl it !

...wtf are you talking about... the only skill with 240% damage is dagger.

Celestial = Penetration on a club as Loknar put it... theres a thread on Crystal Chit-Chat about Loknar fixing celestial... basically its really good for gw; when it was just him in gw he was taking the pole every other time while we were swapping it
