2- if i move npc to another area ?
3- if i want change price items in npc or item mail ?

1- You need to use Map Editor
2- Check RefNest and add new region easy way
3- _RefPricePolicyOfItem in database and media also.

every object has it own bsr,cpd into the data pk2 find what object u desire and create an npc looking the same as it that's for npc looking.
