Help ME swsro 2 bug(problem)

Hello,E*pvp community.
I am a new player at SWSRO server and I've got some problems with the game.

When I'm opening game,problem appears.

It worked for some time then it came back :/
What to do ?
I downloaded everything you said,I played some time and then it DC'd and I can't get it to work anymore : /

You have network problems. Check your network connection or call your internet provider. They might block the SwSRO2 ip.

Now can't because swsro2 in update.

and until when is update?
