you could probably get a shitty lifetime apex cheat with 76.32 USD. Apex cheats are a lot cheaper than cheats for other games, this would only get you 1-2 weeks on tarkov

Normally I would agree but if you have a look at Clutch Solutions, it would be really worth to buy lifetime cheats. There lifetime prices seems to be 'yearly prices' so if you would buy every month there cheat for a year then it would be the same price as you would do on the one lifetime payment.
If you know that you want to continue to play the game and you are supporting the provider behind it, it's worth but it's always a risk.

Better buy lifetime on a bigger provider than on a single person. 75$ lifetime isn't possible for an undetected cheat.
