Archlord Single player ^^" ?

i have seen some vids how to make a server that runs only on your own pc WoW , Aion and so on
they did that in a few minutes
full world, mobs, npc's.
so is it possibe to do that with archlord too ?

if yes plz tell me how ^^ or post a link cos i didnt found something about it

well i guess you can copy the gameplay on your server from webzen
but at the end, you wont get your information from like if you lvled or dropped uniqs etc. to webzen servers
so at my point it would be stupid to do that
