IMO unlock tool is a high-risk feature and most of the users in this forum will say the same.

ACDiamond. I’ve been using them without issue. Unlock all is definitely risky but I haven’t had any issues with bans using it. Stay away from paid blueprints though. Just use attachments and make your own blueprint. It comes with ACDiamond WZ/MW cheat. ACD also undetected since I’ve heard of them fwiw.
