“Any RMT purchase, those will be removed”

I asked the ban appeal guys if my gold will go negative and if any of my engravings will be removed when my ban is lifted and they said the following:

“I would like to inform you that if there is any RMT purchase, those will be removed. All the characters and items will be intact in the account after the suspension is lifted.”

So I’m guessing some of the RMT gold that’s still sitting in my mail will be removed but all the accessories and legendary engravings I bought using the RMT gold will be intact. I don’t think there will even be negative gold.

So I think if RMT, better to use the gold ASAP and keep the gold balance low in case the ban hammer

Customer support is completely retarded and have no idea of what they are doing. Ignore everything they just said to you. If you followed new world and lost ark long enough on forums/reddit you'd know this.

But yes, they simply suspend your account. i haven't seen any reports (in the west) of negative gold or anything. people sometimes simply take screenshots of the russian client and pretend its something,
