Do I Need To Spoof For ESP Only? What Cheat to use?

I basically only care about having ESP, and my aims already garbage so will I need to spoof? Just don't want to go through the steps if I don't have to, seems like a lot of work for someone like me. Also what cheat should I get if I only want to soft cheat, I don't need something insane, just secure.

I know it might be outside of your price range but it will be worth because of the safety. Stealthmode is also a great pick but I heard they had some problems with EFT recenty, so I am not sure.
