Hello, i would like to make a suggestion regarding the current feedback system on epvp
Typically when a user sends us a trade request, we accept it. And when the deals concluded we rate each other positive or negative depending on how the deal went.
I have no issues with that, i think this is a good system you guys made, however i'd like to improvise it and give it a breath of fresh air.
My idea: When user leaves a positive or a negative rating, and writes his experience in the small comment box on the trade, the exact same comment he wrote on there will also PRINT on a thread from which he pressed "Send trade Request" from.
Why? Well, i have personally completed a lot of deals here. Usually how it goes is we rate each other and we go with our day, that's fine. The thread im advertising from though is still at "0" comments, unless i manually give them a link so they can post their experience.
Having a thread with 0 replies from customers is not a good thing for a seller. Experiences from other customers written on the thread helps another customer choose wisely from which seller he is going to purchase from.
This implementation will boost sellers threads in a sense there will be more comments, and those comments would reflect positive feedbacks from the customers that previously rated him.
I see this only as a major update & quality of life on already successful and working feedback system.
