yea you can`t change pw when you don`t have qq and have e-mail or have qq and don`t have e-mail ...

To make it crystal clear: You need both(qq-email) when you try to change your password. You might need to speak with Maya but the chances to get some help from him are very low, maybe just if your account is registered with your email or your QQ. Otherwise you can't prove that your account is really your account.
