We've been building up our infrastructure by bringing out new systems, etc such as our user web-panel.

As for the key question:
Management checked your panel, and it seems you were most likely a reseller at one point. The keys you have on your account are from that, although currently you do not have the reseller role on panel and would need to reapply to receive it.
