No its not possible to dupe items because with cheat engine you will just get an visual item and you cant use it , you can just see it lol.

Visual item's can't be traded so You can't scam.
Btw, doesn't the WC work?
First get ur items from inventory to warehause
2.Go to Wolf Cry and check You'r inventory, there should be an item You just deposit in warehause
3.Sell You'r items and pick the one from warehause to inv and repeat
I'm not sure if it still works. Was working on season 3 xD
