problem with ip

I have a server conquer and I have problems with IP
I went on Google and I typed my ip
I found my ip and I went back into config OldCODB I put my ip
I put IP conquer server.dat
I start the server i enter the in conquer i type me acc and pasworld and i pres enter (Server maintenance or network congested. Try again later.)
the others players can enter the server, only me can not enter the server
I use a router ->> Asus RT-g32

what are the specs for your PC? might be coz u can only have a couple of players logged in at once because of eiter the speed of your PC or the speed of your internet connection.
