Source coded for aio’s have been spread around for a long time now, you can even find some that are working with some few modifications. That is what everyone else are reselling.

Anyone you hire is just going to take the source from UC and slightly modify it. I would just not bother with unlockers at all if I were you.

as zeb said, almost everyone nowadays just rips from uc.
buy an existing tool with a reseller reskin option if you want to be a reseller.
