Parts to replace for HWID Ban

07/15/2022 03:51 teakie#1
I was HWID banned recently and am thinking about replacing my ssd, mobo, and ram with the same model of hardware but obviously completely different components. Would this be enough for BE, EAC, Vanguard, etc. because I have seen people that claimed to be unbanned after just changing mobo and drives but ive seen people say that you need to change cpu and gpu. Any help would be appreciated.

Ram wont make a difference, but any of the previous components, yes. Although some anti-cheats check for serials suck as monitor serials. If your monitor doesn't store serials, then you should be fine with only the previous. CPU and GPU wont matter much for Valo at least, I am not sure about BE, EAC.

ya, I've heard that BE is one of the worst at HWID bans and by that I mean only banning the ssd/hdd. I have an intel cpu and heard that cpus don't have unique ids but the thing that I'm worried about is my Nvidia gpu. I don't want to change my mobo, ram, and ssd but only to get banned by eac,be,vanguard, etc. because my gpu was flagged. are gpu bans rare and even if I change the parts I mentioned, would that be enough to make my hwid unique enough to evade the hwid ban?

Which game are you specifically interested to get unbanned from and what anti-cheat it runs? Based on the game I can suggest the hardware you can switch for safer unban, but cheating again will result in hwid ban eventually.

im hwid banned from like everything and I am trying to play legit again. Vanguard, BE, EAC, etc.

The games that I mainly play is Valorant, Fortnite, Apex, EFT, and the Cycle so I would need parts that would unban me in all.

In regards to the current price of gpus, I would suggest simply replacing only your motherboard and ssd, if u have an intel processor, I suggest to get a similar ssd to the one u currently have and raid 0 it. Do a full windows 10 reinstall, and disconnect any hard drive you could have cheats installed on. That simply will get you unbanned on those games. You could go for the spoofer route as well, that will be less costly for hardware, but then again, if your looking for the last option solution, this is the way. Even if the gpu has a bannable hwid, I don't think replacing the others will affect it if you decide to keep it since those games wouldn't ban people who purchased banned used gpu's with new hardware anyways, it wouldn't make much sense for a company since most sold used items are gpus > motherboards, ssds. Optional, reset your public Ip. Every other hardware component wont matter.

yea thanks for the information. What I plan on doing is to buy a new motherboard, new ram, new ssd. Replace my motherboard, ram, ssd, then return the banned ram and ssd. After that I will do a clean install of windows 10 then ill test some of the games and hope they didn't put like a deep trace in my gpu or cpu. if you have any other steps I should take I will gladly accept them.

Make sure to reset your public ip, usually check it online first and double check after reset to make sure it did reset.

Resetting your main router should do the trick, otherwise you would need to contact your ISP, just google it.
