I spoke too soon, the amazon support is probably the worst support I have ever experienced. You either get automated answers, no answers, or a total retard as a customer support. At least in Chat 99% of the supports are retarded, probably because they can't do anything.
But the ban appeals are worse. You send an email, wait 4 days, then you send another email asking for a reply ( since they said it will only take 24hrs ) and then you get an automated email again.
