I was using the best ones like RUT or Leaf but they are updating now, I saw that Ominate had one and it was up to date, who can vouch for them? I wouldn't like to get banned for nothing

unlock all tool is a risky tool, so if you don't wanna get banned you should avoid them.

with that being said, you can get one from ACD/GCAIMX (they are the same) as a standalone software, or you can use a cheat that includes Unlock tool.
