Just to let everyone who comes here know what their procedure is for a refund (it doesn't exist) when their application doesn't work.
I had windows 11 "22h2", I bought EFT Chams - 1 Day [03.04.2023] and it didn't work, I followed all the procedures in the tutorial, I went to support and after a little conversation I was soon ignored and had no more answers from support.
So I tried it on my own and see, even support said it doesn't work that it was for version 21h1 etc. I got it to work (following the full tutorial of another tool)
Then I tried the "EFT Advanced 1 Day" [04.04.2023] after 24 hours had passed.
This one didn't work either. I contacted support again, tried help again, and in the middle of the testing process the account was banned. I definitely did something wrong in anticipation of seeing it work.
Some time later. I decided to buy another account and use Chams as it had worked. So on the 12th I bought another 24 hours of chams. And I had already learned (and told them that using the competitor's tutorial worked) I already followed the competitor's tutorial with their tool. It worked so the next day I decided to buy it again but this time 7 days. And everything was fine and it worked.
as I wanted to use the other features, I tried the "EFT Esp + Misc 1 Day" again, which to no surprise not worked. I decided to try my luck again in support. I explained all this. I warned again that I could get the chams working using the competitor's tutorial. Talk goes, talk comes I decided I was going to install the version that they said worked 100% "21h1". OK. I formatted the pc on the day of the conversation, did the whole procedure and... to zero surprise it didn't work, I went back to support and "wow how strange, it should have worked...". I did all the steps that support asked, I made a video showing the settings and support said it would send it to the developers to see. Even knowing that one cheat is different from the other, I decided to download it from another game just to test it and it worked. I waited days, no response (I wanted to continue with the "clean" version of windows to test with support) I decided to try one more time on my own trying out tutorials for other tools. Unsuccessfully. But then I decided I was going to test the tool I was getting the tutorial from (genius, contain irony) and vouala. It worked. And yet I decided to do one more test. I formatted windows again at 21h1 and just followed the procedure of that tool and it worked again. In the 22h2 partition I decided to test it too and amazed. It worked...
Finally today, for conscience sake, I tried once more with their tool on another clean windows 10 21h1 partition, nothing and not even following their tutorial and also the one from the competitor that worked (the one that makes their chams work) and nothing.
Well, after 15 days of trying, I decided that I was going to request a refund for the tools that didn't work. And this was summarily denied. Support wanted me to try more, but I didn't want to anymore, I already found one that works even on win11 22h2 updated with a one-click tool that does all this preparation for you and everything.
In the end, I have $26 (converting here to my country's 1/10 of the minimum wage) from purchases for a program that didn't work and that I don't want to refund.
Still in the conversation it was super indecent trying to say that I don't want the tool but I didn't try it... But anyway, just so you know.
