There are permanent Spoofers that do work, but there are also lots of pastes that will claim they work for games that they in fact don't. The most popular being Vanguard/Valorant.
I would recommend communicating with other buyers of whatever permanent Spoofer you are looking at, and then making a decision.
Permanent Spoofers are legitimate but share the same issues as regular Spoofers, they must cover all bases to ensure there are no old serials that can flag your game.
If anyone comments on this thread advertising or "Suggesting" a permanent Spoofer to you, I would make sure that they are not shilling you a product they sell and that it's a customer of said product that is giving the vouch. There are many providers that will see a post like this and shill their products and call it the best in the market, but it's all bias, the best vouches come from genuine customers.
