does anyone have the "c3 editor" tool

If someone had the "c3 editor" tool and would be so kind to share it, it would help me a lot, I want to try weapon edits but the effects come out rotated.

Also looking for a link to this would greatly appreciate one. I have the 3ds max plugins and have had some joy importing and exporting through that however this tool would help a great deal with customising weapons.

Do you only import and export with garments, or does it also work for effects? why try and the effects come out static (without movement)

The official TQ tools were released like 10 years ago i think. You should be able to find them unless they've removed them from hosting online. I'll see if i still have a link. Have you all googled it lately?

Hi Zatoichi, I pm'd you on the yakuza forums yesterday not sure if you have seen it or still use them. Unfortunately it looks like TQ removed them but if you have a link I would really appreciate it.

That tool is not there, I looked for it and there is only the sdk or something like that, but with that it does not do much or at least that is what I noticed when reviewing, or maybe it is far from my compression
